How to use it
- Paste your tasks and replace the placeholder in the prompt.
- Ask for one two-hour session, rather than planning your whole week.
- Change one estimate and check that the proposed session still fits.

Make it concrete.
Draft proposal: 45 min, high priority. Reply to 3 emails: 20 min, medium. Review landing copy: 30 min, high. Leave 25 min for breaks and overruns.
Check the result
- Every task retains its original name.
- The total fits 120 minutes and missing estimates are flagged.
- A table remains useful if interactive UI is unavailable.
