# Make the answer usable

Plan two hours you can actually use.

Use in: ChatGPT · Chat tab · GPT-6

Reviewed: 2026-10-09

## Before you start

- A short task list with estimates and priorities.
- Open ChatGPT’s Chat tab. Interactive responses depend on access and settings.

## How to use it

1. Paste your tasks and replace the placeholder in the prompt.
2. Ask for one two-hour session, rather than planning your whole week.
3. Change one estimate and check that the proposed session still fits.

## Prompt to copy

Create an interactive task planner from the tasks I paste below. Let me change priority and estimated time, then show a realistic order for a two-hour work session. Keep my task names, flag missing estimates and explain the ordering in three lines. If interactive UI is unavailable, give me a simple table instead. Tasks: [paste your tasks].

## A practical example

Illustrative scenario, not a measured case study.

Draft proposal: 45 min, high priority. Reply to 3 emails: 20 min, medium. Review landing copy: 30 min, high. Leave 25 min for breaks and overruns.

## Check the result

- Every task retains its original name.
- The total fits 120 minutes and missing estimates are flagged.
- A table remains useful if interactive UI is unavailable.

Intelligent UI started rolling out on October 7. Use Chat, not Codex or Work; availability depends on rollout and workspace settings. INMC adaptation, not an official prompt.
